Warranty & Returns

All phones sold by PhoneWize come with a 12-month warranty covering hardware defects under normal use. Every device is guaranteed to have a minimum 85% battery health at the time of sale.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days after delivery to return your device for a full refund, no questions asked. The device must be returned in the same condition as received, with all included accessories.

Found a defect? Contact us within the warranty period and we will repair, replace or refund your device. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer. To start a return or warranty claim, email info@phonewize-fzco.com with your order number.
