These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.phonewize.ae and any purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

All phones sold on phonewize.ae are pre-owned devices that have been tested and graded by PhoneWize. Product listings include the model, storage capacity, color, and cosmetic condition (Good, Very Good, or Excellent). All devices are guaranteed to have a minimum 85% battery health at the time of sale.
Condition grades are defined as follows:
- Good: visible signs of use including scratches or minor marks. Fully functional.
- Very Good: light signs of use, barely noticeable. Fully functional.
- Excellent: like-new condition with no visible signs of use. Fully functional.
Every device is unlocked and compatible with all UAE carriers unless stated otherwise in the product listing. Each device is sold with a charging cable.
All prices on phonewize.ae are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery.
Payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery. For COD orders, the exact amount must be paid in cash to the delivery driver.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and ship the order within 1 business day. Delivery is free across the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
All products are covered by our 12-month warranty and 14-day return policy as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
PhoneWize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
All content on phonewize.ae, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of PhoneWize FZCO and may not be reproduced without written permission.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
