PhoneWize offers free delivery on all orders across the United Arab Emirates.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM GST on business days (Sunday-Thursday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends (Friday-Saturday) are processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days after processing. Delivery is available to all emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
You will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS once your order has been shipped.
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to PhoneWize. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a refund.
COD orders require the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery. If payment is refused, the order will be returned and may be subject to cancellation.
You are welcome to inspect the device at the time of delivery. If the device does not match the described condition, you may refuse the delivery.
